Position Overview:

Qualifications:
- Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

- Technical Skills: Expertise in geriatric medicine nursing home regulations quality improvement and clinical leadership.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership abilities excellent communication strategic thinking team-building skills and commitment to patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for nursing home services.
- Manage and supervise clinical staff within the nursing home settings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality metrics.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and case conferences.
- Provide direct patient care as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Mentor and support clinical staff in professional development.
