JOB AD: Pharmacist
Aspen Medical has an exciting opportunity for Pharmacists to partner with us in providing quality medical care to patients throughout the Unites States and around the world. Todays opportunity will allow Pharmacists alongside fellow team members to deliver the utmost competent care with compassion to the patient population located in the additional locations:

Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (B.S. Pharm) or aDoctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.)
- The degree must befrom a program accredited by theAccreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE)
License:
- A current valid active and unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in at least one U.S. State District of Columbia or U.S. Territory
- If required by the role (e.g. Lead Pharmacist) a valid federalDEA registrationfor handling-controlled substances
- Must have a validNational Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Continuous certification inBasic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from either American Heart Association or the Red Cross is mandatory
Experience:
- B.S. Pharm holders:Typicallyrequireat least3years of verifiable clinical experience
- Pharm.D. holders:New graduates are eligible but experienced candidates must have at least six months of clinical experience in the past year or have completed anASHP-accredited residency
- Proficiencyin medication reconciliationdisease state management and infection control protocols
- Knowledge in infection control quality assurance andOSHA/HIPAAcompliance
- Demonstratescultural competencyand integrity in a complex system

- Must successfully pass a comprehensivebackground investigation
- Must be current on all required immunizations
- Required to complete all mandatory training and clinical skills verification within90 daysof onboarding
