Requirements:
Education:

Physicianswill have successfully completed an Undergraduate Program Medical School (M.D. or D.O.) Internship and Residency Program

Certifications/License:

A current unrestricted and valid license as aRegistered Nursefrom a U.S. State or Territory
Continuous certification inBasic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support for Healthcare Providers from either American Heart Association or the Red Cross is mandatory

Experience:

Minimum one (1) year experience within preceding three years in the specialty
Knowledge in infection control quality assuranceandOSHA/HIPAAcompliance

Federal & Administrative Requirements:

Must be aU.S. Citizento apply for the position
Must successfully pass a comprehensivebackground investigation
Must be current on all required immunizations
Required to complete all mandatory training and clinical skills verification within90 daysof onboarding
