Setting/Hours: 100% In-Office Mon-Fri 10p-6:15a with some Saturdays based on business needs.

Job Title: Quality Control Technician (Contract 3rd Shift)

Location: Batavia Ohio

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Technician to join our team on a contract basis for the 3rd shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet our quality standards before they reach our customers. This role requires a keen eye for detail strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct inspections and tests on products at various stages of the production process.
- Document and report any non-conformities or defects to the production team.
- Collaborate with production staff to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.

Required Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
- Experience with quality control testing and inspection tools.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using quality control software and tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with ISO quality standards is preferred.

Working Hours:

- 3rd Shift: Specify hours e.g. 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in quality control is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a quality control role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
