Job Summary
Responsible for overall product failure rate improvement product KPI improvement Review with team regarding quality issue in the production coordinate for process quality improvement on daily basis and tracking action implementation and effectiveness. Ensure no failure product flow over to customer side with quality control tools eg. early warning system 14 Q-basic in plant. Coordinate with internal department for continuous supplier component quality improvement GBPlant quality strategy introduction and implementation into department working level Customer complaint handling coordinate with team for rootcause analysis corrective and preventive action taken. Finalize 8D in requested time Coordinate with team for regular quality system audit activity Regular quality information exchange via product IPN. Coordinate Contamination prevention projects assigned by Supervisor
Qualifications :
University major in mechanical or electrical. More than 3 years working experience as Quality engineer or related area. Quality assurance methods statistic Good communication and cooperation skill result oriented person Fluent in both oral and written English
