Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and innovative Corporate Branding & Communications Director to lead our Companys Animal Healths external corporate communications efforts. The individual will work closely with communications leadership and other internal stakeholders to strengthen the organizations market presence brand reputation and foster trust among external stakeholders. This role will be instrumental in the strategy and execution of our corporate story messaging thought leadership branding and visual identity. The selected individual will be responsible for driving corporate storytelling and creating content across key channels including the management of the companys website maintaining consistency in communication efforts and adapting messaging to align with evolving business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Branding:
Lead branding initiatives to enhance the companys image and reputation in the marketplace including the companys visual identity.
Collaborate with regional and market teams across Animal Health to ensure brand consistency across all communications and promotional materials.
Review and maintain our Companys Animal Health branding guidelines in alignment with corporate branding guidelines.
Content Development:
Working with companys agency lead the creation and management of high-quality content for our corporate communication channels in support of above product-brand initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all content aligns with corporate objectives and effectively communicates our brand message.
Corporate Website Management:
Oversee the management and continuous improvement of the corporate website ensuring it is engaging relevant competitive user-friendly current and reflective of the companys brand and messaging.
Develop strategies to enhance website engagement and optimize content for search engines.
Corporate Messaging:
Develop tools and implement a cohesive plan to reinforce the companys corporate story messaging and strategy
Ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms and materials adapting as necessary to reflect changes in business strategy or market conditions.
Corporate Communications Materials:
Create and oversee the production of corporate communications materials including presentations brochures fact sheets and reports that support the company narrative.
Ensure all materials consistently and effectively communicate the corporate story and align with branding efforts.
Work with the regions and markets to ensure adoption of corporate materials.
Corporate Impact and Giving
Spread awareness and build campaigns around our corporate giving sustainability and social impact efforts and strategies.
Work closely with our Companys Corporate Sustainability and Social Impact team to support Animal Health contributions to the companys annual Impact report.
Leadership Communications
Develop and refine our corporate leadership speaker strategy to include: media training presentation training and leadership platform development.
Guide media relations agency in identifying stories that advance our Companys Animal Health corporate objectives.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate communications public relations or a related field with a focus on content development and branding.
Exceptional writing editing and verbal communication skills.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in digital communication tools and website management.
Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
Effective September 5 2023 employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week Monday - Thursday although the specific days may vary by site or organization with Friday designated as a remote-working day unless business critical tasks require an on-site Hybrid work model does not apply to and daily in-person attendance is required for field-based positions; facility-based manufacturing-based or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. The salary range for this role is
$173200.00 - $272600.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employees position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills geographic location government requirements and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive if applicable.
