Talent Acquisition Advisor

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor youll play a key role in delivering a highquality agile and inclusive recruitment service across a range of functions and locations. Your responsibilities will include:

Sourcing & Attraction

• Proactively source candidates using job boards social media direct search and other creative methods.
• Manage multiple attraction campaigns to ensure we hire the right people at the right time.
• Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of highquality talent.

Screening & Selection

• Conduct initial screenings and assessments across highvolume and specialist roles.
• Review CVs and applications against job criteria values and policies.

Hiring Manager Support

• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Provide advice on market insights selection processes and best practice.

Candidate Experience

• Deliver an exceptional candidate journey through consistent communication and timely feedback.

Compliance & Reporting

• Maintain accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System.
• Ensure recruitment activity aligns with employment legislation and DE&I principles.
• Track analyse and report on key recruitment metrics.

Brand Ambassadorship

• Represent Calisen at careers fairs open days and networking events promoting our employer brand.

What were looking for

Essential experience

• Proven experience hiring across a range of support functions and professions.
• Strong capability in CV screening sourcing and headhunting.
• Experience working with an ATS.
• Understanding of recruitment best practice and employment legislation.

• Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
• Creative approach to sourcing and problemsolving.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
• A collaborative enthusiastic and selfmotivated approach.

Other requirements

• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Able to provide references covering the past 5 years.
• No unspent criminal convictions (basic DBS required).
• Willingness to travel occasionally to other sites.
