The role

As an Assistant Creative Content Producer youll have a role thats out of the ordinary. Youll help transform complex ideas into compelling accessible and inspiring multimedia content. Your work will play a vital role in showcasing our sustainability safety engineering and operational achievements - helping colleagues customers and partners understand the impact we make across defence aerospace and engineering.

Daytoday youll be required to:

  • Deliver engaging multimedia content including video photography and digital design.
  • Produce shoot and edit creative assets from concept through to delivery.
  • Work closely with communications marketing operations and technical teams to bring their messages to life.
  • Develop fresh ideas that support awareness campaigns learning content branding and internal/external communications.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and recommend innovative approaches to content creation.

This role is full time 36 hours per week with a hybrid working arrangement. Youll be based remotely but will need to live within reasonable travel distance of one of our main Babcock hubs including Rosyth Warrington Bristol or Plymouth. The Associate Creative Content Producer role involves regular travel to our sites across the UK for shoots and meetings typically around two days per week on site with occasional limited international travel.

Essential experience of the Assistant Creative Content Producer

  • Strong experience in visual content production including video and photography.
  • Proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless cameras lighting and audio equipment.
  • Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for editing and motion graphics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively and independently in a fastpaced environment.

Qualifications for the Assistant Creative Content Producer

  • Degreelevel qualification or relevant training/education in media film digital design or a related field.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
