JOB PURPOSE

Are you passionate about digital advertising and eager to kick-start your career in paid media We are looking for a Junior Paid Media / Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team managing campaigns across both search/social channels. Youll help drive performance analyze data and learn from hands-on experience with multiple platforms.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads Bing Ads) or paid social campaigns (Meta TikTok LinkedIn).
• Monitor campaign performance analyze results and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B tests on ads audiences and creative content.
• Support budget allocation and ensure campaigns meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Continuously learn about new trends and best practices in paid media.

WHAT YOULL BRING

• Interest in digital marketing especially PPC and social advertising.
  1-2 years of experience with Google Ads Meta Ads or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
• Eager to learn adapt and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English
