Job Summary
Position Description:
CGIs Atlantic operations continue to experience strong growth across all lines of business. To support this momentum we are seeking a dynamic Vice President Consulting Delivery (VPCD) to join our senior leadership team. This role is based in Halifax and will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our Atlantic Global Delivery Center (AGDC).
As a VPCD you will lead strategic client engagements champion delivery excellence and strengthen CGIs presence as a trusted consulting partner in Atlantic Canada. You will collaborate with clientproximity business units to ensure seamless highvalue delivery across the region.
This is a highly visible leadership roleideal for someone who thrives on building strong executive relationships driving operational excellence at scale and inspiring large diverse teams. You will influence the success of 150 talented CGI professionals and help secure major contracts by showcasing CGIs expertise and innovation.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
Client Leadership & Growth
. Build and deepen relationships with seniorlevel internal and external clients.
. Identify new business opportunities and expand CGIs footprint across the region.
. Promote CGIs capabilities and thought leadership within the consulting community.
. Lead Csuite presentations and support major business development initiatives.
Operational & Delivery Excellence
. Oversee delivery for approximately 150 partners within the AGDC.
. Ensure all client initiatives meet or exceed expectations for quality security and innovation.
. Streamline delivery processes to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
. Manage delivery performance to achieve targeted revenue and profitability.
. Oversee project financials including budgeting forecasting and cost optimization.
People Leadership
. Inspire and lead a highperforming team fostering a culture of learning growth and accountability.
. Provide coaching performance management and career development support.
. Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to attract develop and retain top talent.
. Manage succession planning promotions and performancerelated actions.
Strategic Leadership
. Contribute to annual business planning and longterm strategy for the AGDC.
. Monitor key delivery and financial metrics adjusting strategies as needed.
. Represent CGI in local business communities and industry networks.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. 10 years in senior leadership roles overseeing large teams (100).
. Proven experience leading multigeography delivery organizations.
. A strong track record of business growth client relationship management and operational leadership.
. Exceptional communication and executivelevel presentation skills.
. A passion for developing people building culture and driving continuous improvement.
