We currently have an opportunity for a dynamic Operations Centre Administrator.You will be part of the WA team in the Contact Centre taking high volume calls liaising with external and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing the Work Order Management lifecycle. This is fast paced environment with ever changing priorities. Reporting to the Senior Tam Leader youll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What Youll Do (key responsibilities)
This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:
General office support duties including customer liaison and response.
Provide exceptional levels of customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
Provide support to the organisation in operational support activities
Plan and prioritise all work volumes to meet all required timelines and desired outcomes
Contribute to overall Work Order Management time-lines
Coordinate and liaise with all relevant stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner.
Manage all stages within the Work Order Management Lifecycle
Coordination of sub-contractors/trades attending priority responses
Support the management team with any ad hoc duties such as compliance and other administrative type work.
