About the Role
We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our busy Employee Service Centre (ESC).
The ESC is a busy transactional service that forms part of East Midlands Shared Services. We provide transactional Payroll and HR Administration services to Nottingham City Council and Leicestershire County Council.
If variety is what you are looking for then no two days are the same in the ESC as there is always something to focus on. The ESC completes over 14000 payments produces over 3000 contractual documents and handles in excess of 2000 queries each month. As a Service Deliver Manager you will work closely with your teams to ensure the smooth delivery of these transactions whilst continuously looking for opportunities to improve the service that you deliver.
