What Youll Be Doing
End-to-End Talent Acquisition Across Europe
- Manage recruitment for multiple European business areas
- Build proactive talent pipelines for critical future skills
- Champion diversity equity inclusion and best hiring practices
Trusted Partner to the Business
- Advise hiring managers with market insights and data
- Collaborate with HRBPs and People Solutions colleagues
- Support strategic workforce planning and talent delivery
Employer Brand & Candidate Experience
- Represent Cox Automotive Europes employer brand across social channels and recruitment campaigns
- Deliver an exceptional consistent candidate experience
Data Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Use recruitment analytics to optimise attraction strategies
- Track core metrics (time-to-hire quality-of-hire conversion rates)
- Share insights that drive smarter decisions across the team
What You Bring
- Proven TA experience across multi European countriesor matrixed environments
- A deep understanding of European talent markets and sourcing trends
- Strong skills in recruitment marketing employer branding and proactive sourcing
- Experience using ATS and recruitment analytics platforms
- Excellent communication influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving evolving organisation
- Fluency in English and German
