Purpose of the Role
BGIS is seeking two experienced Customer Service Officers to join our National Operations Centre in Adelaide. Reporting to the Team Leader you will be the first point of contact for clients ensuring service requests are managed accurately efficiently and within KPI timeframes.
This role is ideal for someone with strong call centre or operations centre experience who thrives in a structured fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality customer outcomes.
You will bring a calm professional phone manner strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret and action requests quickly while maintaining accuracy.
