Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions from quote to cash
- Support the EMEA Customer Service & Service Sales teams with all aspects of service offering & administration
- Respond proactively to customer queries via phone and email
- Support projects related to customer happiness
- Ensure adherence to export and legal guidelines for national and international transactions
- Preserve master data in ERP and CRM systems
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service sales or a related field
- Proven experience in service transactions & offerings ( service contracts spare parts repair & warranty handling & quote follow up)
- Flawless communication skills both written and verbal in English German would be a plus
- Ability to successfully implement and adhere to strict guidelines and processes
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to effectively operate in ERP CRM and phone systems
(Sales Force & Genesys Cloud strongly preferred)
