Werelooking for a Corporate Social ResponsibilityConsultant to join our Social Responsibility team in Kladno for a 20 month fixed term contract!

Please note:

  • No Relocation support is offered.

  • This position is a parental cover for a 20-monthfixed-term contract basis untilthe endofFebruary2028based in our LEGO Sales Office inKladno.

  • Best of Both is our hybrid working environment with three days in the office and up to two days remote!

Our Social Responsibility (SR) Consultant role is a unique opportunity to bring the LEGO brand vision and mission to life and create outstanding impact for LEGO employees and children in local communities!


Core responsibilities

  • Partnerswiththe Social Responsibility Managerto engage current charity partners creating and executing an annual plan to reach employee volunteering annual target aligned with global programobjectives; supports internal communication (prepares articles for internal magazineKostička and other).

  • Ensures that global initiatives are customized innovated extended and executed with the highest quality.

  • Ensuretimelyandaccuratereporting of social responsibility and volunteering activities including metrics to measure impact.

  • Customize and implement the Play Day plan under direction from the manager responsible for social responsibility. Tasks may includeestablishinga committee to drive execution support internal communications plan delivering pre-activities and more!

  • Build toGive & Play Box donation product donation coordination.

  • Champions the Employee Play Engagement (EPE) agenda; acts as a Play Agent Herofacilitatesworkshops to inspire employees partners and children so they may become Play Agents.

  • Prepare andmaintainstorage and material management for volunteer events and Play Day.

This individual will help the team amplify our already outstanding Social Responsibility & Local Community Engagement program. We seek to reach 10 million children with our social responsibility programs in2026and this is only the start!

Do youhavewhat it takes

  • Work experience (employee training community relations event management corporate responsibility).

  • Ability to design and customize programs based on high level objective.

  • Ability to work cross functionally with teams.

  • Entrepreneurial approach with the demonstrated ability tofacilitateand train others independently.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to build high-quality reports and deliver compelling presentations.

  • Excellent attention to detail being able to prioritize and lead multiple projects.

  • English intermediate the person must be able to readunderstandand interact in English with the Global SR Team and internal facilitators.
