Advance global talent and performance processes
As Head of Talent and Performance Management you will ensure that NKTs global talent and performance processes support both short- and long-term organizational goals. Shape and evolve global talent and performance processes
In this role you provide global stewardship of NKTs talent and performance management processes ensuring they remain futureready internally aligned and continuously optimized to support our organisational ambitions through the growth of our people. You collaborate with People & Culture Technology senior leaders and several Centers of Excellence to secure a unified approach across the employee lifecycle. You will also facilitate strategic sessions with executive management and act as sparring partner to the CHRO and CEO on the processes.
Your responsibility will be to:
- Further develop the talent management process including succession potential definitions and talent insights
- Improve the performance management process in line with business needs including translating the process to the employees in the production
- Build capabilities in the P&C organisation including training and providing ongoing support
- Collaborate closely with P&C Technology to optimise workflows in SuccessFactors
- Ensure alignment with Global Rewards NKT Academy Leadership Development Talent Programmes and Diversity & Inclusion
The role is based in Copenhagen and includes approximately 20 travel days per year. You report to the VP Global Functions P&C and Organisational Development.

You also have:
- Experience from an international matrix organisation within talent management
- Minimum 3 years working with talent and performance management
- Project management experience
- Experience working in SuccessFactors or a similar HR system
- Experience using Excel and a data driven approach
- Fluency in written and spoken English
