What can you become

Sales Trainee
Choose the Sales Trainee track to get focus on sales and purchasing if you thrive on making great deals. You will quickly get responsibility and learn to negotiate and develop markets.

Youll be exposed to different cultures and visit international customers and suppliers and you will be equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed in the trading industry with additional education in sales.

Who are you
You have a qualifying education (EUX Business HHX EUS or a bachelors degree).
You possess excellent Danish and English skills - and if you speak a 3rd language it will be an advantage if you want to be a Sales Trainee.
You are service-minded detail-oriented and a team player.
You have experience from student or part-time jobs.

Our highest priority is your development and that you get all necessary support and guidance throughout the two years. We aim to develop the best possible trainees in the industry and we know that it requires our full attention.

Therefore youll be supported in achieving professional and personal development by getting assigned a manager a supervisor and a buddy. The manager will have the overall responsibility for your development the supervisor will guide you in your day-to-day tasks and the buddy will make you thrive in our social environment.

Ready to join
Apply by March 31 2026 specifying your preferred location (Copenhagen or Aalborg) to be a sales trainee in one of our teams.

Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis and we hire when we find the right candidates.

The EFIT programme starts on September 1 2026.
