What is the role
The person in this role is responsible for bridging the gap between the clinical development and the commercial aspects of Aerogens medical devices.
What are the key responsibilities
Review & approve educational promotional content and medical information responses to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations under supervision.
Contribute to the generation of Medical Affairs content evidence summaries data syntheses etc. & support field-based teams.
Support Aerogens PMCF programme e.g. literature review surveys clinical operations.
Provide scientific and medical knowledge to internal teams (e.g. Marketing Sales QARA etc.)
Support as needed Aerogen and Medical Affairs strategic objectives and activities
What education and experience are required
Bachelors degree in relevant field life sciences or medically related discipline preferred
Advanced qualifications (e.g. MSc) strongly preferred.
Industry experience in a related role in the Medical Device industry or Pharmaceutical Industry a plus.
What key skills will make you great at the role
Scientific expertise strong foundation in medical and scientific knowledge relevant to Aerogens therapeutic area(s) with knowledge of future trends in these therapeutic area(s).
Communication skills ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly to diverse audiences (orally/written).
Analytical skills - ability to critically analyze clinical data & scientific literature identify trends.
Interpersonal skills personable with strong relationship-building skills for interacting with team members cross-functional teams as well as KOLs/HCPs.
Compliance/ regulatory knowledge aware of the regulatory framework in which Aerogen operates the requirements for Medical Affairs and ability to ensure compliance in all activities.
Project management capable of managing competing demands deadlines and balancing workload.
