Job Summary

The Mission We are recruiting a distinguished nursing professional for a high-profile 1:1 medical role attending to an 80-year-old VIP. This position allows you to practice top-tier clinical care while navigating the Mediterraneans most exclusive waters. You will travel between luxury ports such as Monaco Ibiza Mykonos and the Amalfi Coast ensuring the principal receives seamless hospital-grade support at sea.

The Team You will be supported by a medical infrastructure that rivals premium private clinics:

Lead British Doctor: Provides 24/7 clinical governance and mentorship.
Physiotherapists: A dedicated therapy team managing the patients rehabilitation and mobility.
Nursing Team: You will work alongside a collaborative unit of Western-trained nurses.

The Safety To prioritize patient safety and staff longevity we mandate a Double-Nurse Shift System. You are never responsible for the patient solely on your own; a qualified colleague will always be on shift with you to share the workload and ensure high-acuity vigilance without burnout.

The Process

Phase 1: CV Screening & Credential Verification.
Phase 2: Secure Online Interview (Remote).
Phase 3: Deployment to the Mediterranean.

Requirements

Requirements

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a Western university is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of solid post-graduate experience in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E).
Language: Native or C1 English fluency is essential.
Attributes: High clinical competence emotional maturity and the ability to maintain absolute discretion.
