Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Child & Adolescent Psychiatry (Part-Time)

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our Child & Adolescent Psychiatry team. This position offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative multidisciplinary academic health system dedicated to providing high-quality behavioral health care to children and families across Central Massachusetts.
Position Overview
The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in consultation with the designated supervising psychiatrist is primarily responsible for providing psychiatric evaluation brief treatment and medication management to patients ranging from children and adolescents to young adulthood across the designated service population.
The need for psychiatric services may be generated by a primary mental health condition or secondary to co-existing medical conditions. The PMHNP will work closely with psychiatrists therapists nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
