Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial to the efficient operation of our warehouse contributing to the overall logistics process that ensures our products reach customers in a timely manner. As a Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for various tasks that support warehouse functions including inventory management shipping and receiving and the organization of goods.
Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming shipments and process them appropriately.
- Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds and engage in physical activity throughout the shift.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
