- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients families and referral sources
- Educate potential clients about our high-quality private pay home care services
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth
- Conduct in-home assessments to understand client needs and match them with appropriate care solutions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Sales experience in senior care industry is preferred Hospice Sales experience is a plus!
- Clinicians are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of senior care needs and resources available in Austin
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently

Payrate: $80000-$95000 per year depending on experience
