Job Summary

Weekend Hospice Registered Nurse
Location: Lebanon PA & Surrounding Areas
Schedule: Full-Time Weekends (Friday Sunday 8:00am 8:00pm or Saturday Monday 8:00am 8:00pm)
Compensation: $75000 $80000 annually $15000 Weekend Bonus

A healthcare organization is seeking a compassionate Weekend Hospice Registered Nurse to join their care team. This role provides an opportunity to manage and deliver patient care plans support patients in the community and contribute to a collaborative supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver patient care plans in hospice settings
Provide care and support to patients in Lebanon and surrounding areas
Ensure timely and accurate documentation and charting
Self-manage schedule and time to meet patient care needs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality care

Required Qualifications:

Associate degree or higher in Nursing
Active Pennsylvania RN license
Minimum two (2) years of nursing experience; hospice experience preferred
Valid drivers license reliable transportation and active auto insurance
Strong time management clinical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

RN license number readily available for verification

Additional Details:

Local travel within Lebanon and Berks counties
Full-time weekend schedule with extended shifts
