We are looking for Health Club & Spa Manager
As an Health Club & Spa Manager we rely on you to:
- Drive revenue through innovative service offerings membership programs and upselling opportunities while ensuring cost control and budget adherence.
- Ensure a smooth efficient daily operation in the Health Club & Spa
- Manage the hotel recreation activities and provide superior sevices to guests and ensure pleasant guest experiences
- Supervise team members and provide training to team members when nessary
- Maximize revenue and maintain a positive customer relationship feedback on performance of Provide feedbacks to team members for staff evaluation and reward purposes
We are looking for someone who:
- Takes pride in being a hotelier and enjoys interacting with people
- Committed to serving guest of the highest qulity with a welcoming manner
- Communicates fluently in English as well as the local language
- Has experience in an international 5* hotel would be advantageous
- Is a friendly helpful and trustworthy leader
- Has a strong performance management skill
- Loves to be creative with an eye for details
- Neat and pleasant appearance Good Health
- Has passion/background in health club spa and recreational activity
- Goal oriented/ revenue oriented.
- Creative and think out of the box
