About the Role
As the HSE Advisor you will be responsible for:
- Health Safety & Environmental Compliance
- Risk Management & Incident Prevention
- Training & Education
- Auditing & Reporting
- Stakeholder Collaboration
Qualifications :
Key Skills & Experience
- Hold a Cert IV in WHS minimum requirement
- 5 years experience in a similar HSE role - Strong knowledge of HSEQ legislation standards and best practice
- Ability to analyse complex situations identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Experience leading incident investigations and implementing preventive actions - ICAM certification
- Skilled at fostering a safetyfocused continuously improving work environment.
- Proficient in analysing HSEQ performance data and producing management reports.
- Strong problemsolving skills with a focus on operational improvement.
