Job Summary
Key job responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of organizational effectiveness programs and initiatives including Talent Advancement and Employee Listening
- Develop AI solutions to advance the scale speed and business impact of organizational effectiveness programs
- Analyze talent data to provide actionable insights and drive strategic decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to implement and improve HR processes
- Conduct change management to support organizational transformations
- There will also be opportunities to own other programs/initiatives across the organization based on business needs these may include process improvements supporting other HR related goals/initiatives etc.
- Able to travel domestically and internationally as appropriate.

- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business Program Management Human Resources Employment Law Computer Science Finance Computer Information Systems Engineering Operations Research or a related field
- 5 years of HR experience
- Experience dealing well with ambiguity prioritizing needs and delivering measurable results in an agile environment
- Experience analyzing HR data and translating metrics into actionable workforce strategies
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication
- Track record of developing innovative HR solutions in fast-paced environments
- Masters degree in HR Management Organizational Development Business Administration or related fields
- 7 years of HR experience
- Experience in tech electronics consumer goods or other fast-paced technology-driven businesses
- Experience with advanced analytics
- Experience working with large global teams
- Experience in HR within an international fast-paced and customer-driven environment
- Experience in project or program management
- Experience recognizing a challenge and working with a variety of teams and data sources to diagnose the problem and recommend solutions
- Experience communicating clearly and effectively with different functional groups including senior business leaders finance HR and developers
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization particularly at the executive level
- Knowledge of employment/labor laws and trends
- Experience managing projects and working independently
- Experience working with fast-moving high-performance teams and driving innovative solutions tailored to unique business environments
- Experience supporting tech operations organizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication; high quality document preparation and presentation skills

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
