Are you ready to join us
Tasks:
Support and/or management of transformation and optimization projects in the finance department
Analysis development and standardization of financial processes (e.g. Record-to-Report Finance Order-to-Cash Purchase-to-Pay)
Implementation and further development of ERP and finance systems as well as the digitalization of reporting and controlling processes
Design and implementation of automation solutions (e.g. RPA)
Close collaboration with Accounting Controlling Tax Accounts Receivable Management IT and external partners
Identification of efficiency potential and implementation of sustainable improvement measures
Change management support for the successful implementation of new processes and structures
Profile:
Successfully completed studies in business administration economics business informatics or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in finance transformation consulting or a project-oriented finance function
Sound knowledge of finance processes and their end-to-end optimization
Experience in leading complex projects and interdisciplinary teams
Very good understanding of ERP systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA) and reporting solutions
