Job Summary

You will actively contribute to the optimization and standardization of warehouse processes and gain hands-on experience in international system rollouts.   • During your assignment you will analyze and document existing warehouse and shopfloor processes within Bosch logistics operations e.g. distribution warehouses.
  • Furthermore you will define and standardize target processes in the Bosch in-house Warehouse Management System (BOWAS).
  • You will support system rollouts nationally as well as internationally directly on the shopfloor and acting as the primary contact for operational teams during Go-Live phases.
  • Providing hands-on assistance troubleshooting and process guidance to users during daily operations after system deployment belongs to your area of responsibility.
  • Lastly you will coordinate closely with operations IT and key stakeholders to ensure stable system usage and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications :

  • Education: Masters student in the field of logistics supply chain management industrial engineering or comparable
  • Experience and Knowledge: advanced MS Office skills; first practical experience in logistics with warehouse management systems (WMS); sound knowledge of process design tools such as Signavio Miro or comparable solutions.
  • Personality and Working Practice: you are strongly interested in warehouse processes production workflows and IT-supported logistics systems communicate openly and work closely with the operational teams in production
  • Work Routine: hybrid working model combining office presence and mobile working (1530 hours per week); openness to occasional business travel is expected
  • Languages: fluent in English and German

Additional Information :

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months 15 h/week (extension possible)
