Job Summary

Serve as the primary contact for our partner managing daily communication and resolving issues.
Monitor key metrics including order volumes to ensure optimal performance.
Work closely with internal teams (e.g. Commercial Supply Chain Tech Data) to drive operational improvements and implement new projects or process enhancements.
Provide leadership with regular performance insights identifying trends risks and opportunities.

Qualifications :

2-4 years of experience in key account management project management or a similar role.
Organized and proactive able to manage multiple projects and resolve issues efficiently.
Clear communicator who can effectively coordinate between internal teams and external partners.
Strong analytical skills including data interpretation and performance tracking.
Experience with Excel/Gsheets and business intelligence tools (such as PowerBI Looker or Tableau) is required.
Experience in identifying inefficiencies and optimizing processes to improve performance.
Works well in a team building strong relationships across different functions.
