- Addressing customer complaints to understand customers needs and expectations and to propose solutions.
- Maintenance of Customer file to update and ensure the quality of customer file data to communicate with customers in the most efficient way.
- Contact with at least 10 customers on weekly bases to understand their needs and expectations and to know best customers personally. Increasing his/her customers portfolio size by adding new customers.
- Perform competitors promotions check to give on-going feedback on main competitors (retailers wholesalers etc.) per customer segment (HoReCa Trader Services Companies & Offices) to Buying Department.
- Visit competitor to check price assortment merchandizing services competitor activities and to give feedback on the competition to buying hence not relying only on MIU reports.
- Coach and train team members on existing and new concepts technology and functionality to pave their way towards the successful achievement of the functional objectives of the team thus playing a role in the enhancement of the technical skill set of an individual and improving the growth of an individual towards positive attitude.
- Monitor performance of all team members in order to identify the difference customer file maintenance and customer analysis before visit.
- Presentation: products packaging etc.
- Signage: permanent and non-permanent Promotion: mass merchandizing endcaps etc.
- Safety: food safety (HACCP) health & safety fire safety.
- Product quality: preservation rules Existing customer visit
