We are currently seeking a Production Intelligence Analystwhose main mission is to collaborate with production teams to identify the levers to improve quality management and our project delivery capacity. The objective of the Production Intelligence Analyst is to provide relevant information to each stakeholder about the state of game development and enhance the predictability of our deliveries. To achieve this they will serve as an interface between the studios and the group to understand their respective methods and effectiveness. They will highlight problematic areas and potential actions to improve performance throughout the production cycle.
Your main missions will include:
- Identify best production practices at the group level and act as an ambassador for them across different projects.
- Understand the ecosystem of each project to convey various practices within the group.
- Conduct analyses and produce reports and meaningful recommendations to enhance development practices iteration cycle speed and game feature quality.
- Develop document and manage tracking tools and systems.
- Design and maintain dashboards that capture metrics necessary for monitoring key performance indicators.
- Design internal processes for storing all analyses building a knowledge base and improving coordination of analyses among development studios.
- Work in partnership with our production teams to identify new opportunities and define a long-term roadmap.
- As a representative of UDO ensure adherence to best data practices within the development studios.
Qualifications :
What youll bring
- You have a significant experience as a Data Engineer or Data Analyst;
- You have solid analytical skills
- You have a good knowledge in statistics and mathematics;
- You have an experience working on SQL and Data visualization tools;
- You are detail-oriented and have excellent organizational and planning skills;
- You have at heart to understand the production cycle to best collaborate with different production stakeholders;
- You have solid communication skills as well as a critical thinking mindset;
- You are fluent in English.
Additional skills
- You have experience with R Python Hadoop and/or other programming languages;
- You are proficient in the ETL process;
- You have some knowledge of the video game industry market.
