Egis is seeking a highly motivated and analytical sustainability intern to join its Group Sustainability team based in Paris.
The intern will support the coordination monitoring and overall effectiveness of the sustainability function at Group level for 6 months.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to high-level strategic topics while contributing concretely to the day-to-day structuring and performance tracking of the department. As part of the Group Sustainability team you will contribute to enhancing visibility alignment and operational efficiency across sustainability initiatives worldwide.
In close support of the Group Chief Sustainability Officer the intern will:
- Support the monitoring of task allocation and workload distribution within the Sustainability team ensuring clarity of roles priorities and deadlines
- Develop and maintain tracking tools and dashboards to monitor key sustainability initiatives action plans and deliverables
- Assist in preparing internal reporting materials executive summaries and presentations for governance bodies (Steering Committees COMEX etc.)
- Facilitate coordination between Group Regions and Business Lines by supporting meeting preparation follow-up notes and action tracking
- Help structure internal processes and documentation to improve the efficiency and visibility of the Sustainability function
- Conduct benchmarking and ad hoc research on emerging sustainability topics (ESG standards social impact biodiversity resilience etc.) as needed

- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Good communication skills
- Perfect fluency in English and French
