- Manage commercial activities for Sales Force Activation solutions ensuring effective delivery to clients.
- Prepare client performance updates and support regional reporting requirements.
- Support revenue and profitability targets through effective account management and pricing processes.
- Track financial performance and highlight risks or improvement areas.
- Execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
- Gather client feedback and contribute to product improvement discussions.
- Assist with pricing proposals and commercial approaches for new or enhanced solutions.
- Communicate product updates and value propositions to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and commercial initiatives.
- Contribute to team projects and process improvement efforts.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree required; Masters degree is an advantage.
- 58 years of experience in FMCG (retail/marketing/sales) or market research (insights/category/shopper/agency).
- Strong understanding of FMCG industry briefs and proposal development processes.
- Ability to interpret data and use analytical tools effectively.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
- Strong client management and negotiation skills.
- Experience with store observation services is a plus.
- Solid understanding of the market research industry.
- Strong commercial mindset with B2B experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical capabilities.
