Internship Opportunity: Sales & Technical Application Support - Industrial Automation Sensors
Are you passionate about technology and industrial automation Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can combine technical expertise with customer engagement Join our team as a Sales & Technical Application Support Intern and gain hands-on experience in the cutting-edge field of industrial sensors and automation solutions!
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in identifying and engaging new clients managing customer accounts and preparing customized proposals.
- Technical Application Support: Understand customer requirements provide technical solutions and offer guidance on product selection and applications.
- Customer Interaction: Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Market Insights: Contribute to market analysis including identifying trends competitor activity and emerging customer needs.
- Documentation & Reports: Prepare technical and commercial documentation including presentations quotes and follow-up reports.
- Training & Demonstrations: Participate in product demonstrations and provide basic technical training for customers.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Automation or related) Industrial Management or a related field.
- Strong interest in industrial automation with a focus on sensors encoders and motion control solutions.
- Basic understanding of industrial processes and automation technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Proactive with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint) and CRM tools (preferred).
