Were looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack (NETReact) Lead Developer to join our growing engineering team in Timișoara this role you will lead the design and development of robust scalable applications and React technologies while mentoring junior developers and driving technical excellence across the organization. You will be responsible for architecting solutions making critical technical decisions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team.
- Design and develop full-stack applications (C# Core) and ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices
- Lead and mentor junior and mid-level developers providing technical guidance code reviews and professional development opportunities
- Architect scalable solutions and make strategic technical decisions that align with organizational goals and long-term vision
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices ensuring optimal performance and security
- Collaborate with product managers designers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement and promote Agile/Scrum methodologies within the team ensuring efficient project delivery
- Manage database design optimization and implementation using SQL Server and other relevant technologies
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines automated testing frameworks and deployment processes
- Conduct technical interviews and participate in hiring decisions to build a high-performing team
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies recommending adoption where appropriate
- Lead code reviews and establish coding standards to maintain consistency and quality across projects
Qualifications :
**Required Skills & Experience:**
- 8 years of professional software development experience with demonstrated expertise in full-stack development
- 3 years in a technical leadership or senior developer role with proven mentoring and team management experience
- Advanced proficiency framework (C# Core) and
- Strong expertise in RESTful API design and development
- Solid understanding of database design SQL Server and data management principles
- Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and iterative development processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
**Preferred Skills & Experience:**
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker Kubernetes)
- Experience implementing unit testing test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with enterprise-level application development
- Familiarity with design patterns and SOLID principles
- Track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects
