We are seeking talented individuals for both Guest Service Agent and VIP Services Agent positions to join our Front Office team. Both roles play a key part in delivering exceptional experiences and anticipating the needs of our valued guests ensuring every stay is seamless personalised and memorable.
Guest Service Agent Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional personalised service.
- Handle arrivals departures room allocations payments and guest inquiries.
- Promote Accors ALL loyalty program and assist with room tours.
- Maintain lobby and front desk presentation to luxury standards.
- Coordinate with housekeeping concierge and other departments.
VIP Services Agent Responsibilities:
- Coordinate pre-arrival correspondence special requests amenities and in-room checks to ensure seamless preparation and recognition of all VIP movements.
- Liaise daily with Front Office and operational departments to communicate guest preferences movements and special requirements ensuring smooth transitions and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest profiles respond promptly to enquiries and support lobby arrivals to enhance the overall guest journey.
- Uphold luxury presentation and brand standards at all times acting as a brand ambassador through professional grooming refined service delivery and proactive promotion of hotel services and loyalty programs.
Qualifications :
- Previous customer service experience preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Strong computer and systems skills; Opera PMS experience preferred.
- Excellent communication organisation and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Accors ALL loyalty program is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Manly and surrounding areas for guest recommendations.
- Ability to maintain high personal grooming and presentation standards.
