Job Summary
Role Principal Consultant
Location Brussels Belgium
Unit - CIS
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage DC infrastructure and cloudbased service delivery operations ensuring stable secure and scalable environments.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs manage expectations and build strong trusting relationships.
- Ensure highquality communication and articulation across teams stakeholders and leadership.
- Oversee the full spectrum of ITSM processes within a managed services environment ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
- Drive effective SLA management monitoring performance metrics identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions where required.
- Lead mentor and guide operational teams to deliver exceptional service quality and continuous improvement.
- Strong background in DC infrastructure cloud technologies and service operations management.
- Proven experience in managed service delivery particularly with ITSM frameworks (e.g. ITIL).
- Excellent client engagement communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate crossfunctional teams.
- Strong understanding of SLA and performance management in service-delivery environments.
