Location: Remote Must Hold Active Illinois License
Schedule: 1536 sessions per week (Part-time hours up to 22 sessions/weekly- Full-time hours up to 36 sessions/weekly)
Preferred Hours: Weekdays 2 PM9 PM Weekend availability a plus
Compensation: $45$65 per billable hour (based on license-level)

We are experiencing strong growth across Illinois particularly among Spanish-speaking families and we are actively seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) therapists who are passionate about reducing barriers to culturally responsive mental health care.

Increase access to care for underserved communities
Strengthen trust and therapeutic rapport
Support parents and caregivers more effectively

Work from anywhere in Illinois with flexible scheduling.
Provide compassionate evidence-based therapy to children adolescents and families who need it most.
CEU reimbursement (up to $300 annually)
Free clinical supervision (for LMSW/LPC roles)
Ongoing training and advancement opportunities
Participate in our growing Residency & Fellowship Program and mentor early-career clinicians.
Collaborative care model with PMHNPs psychiatrists and engaged leadership who prioritize clinician well-being.
Provide individual family and group therapy via secure telehealth
Conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments
Develop culturally responsive client-centered treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EHR
Support families with education tools and ongoing care coordination
$45$65 per billable hour (based on license)
