Qualifications :
- Graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the United States
- Recent grads encouraged to apply!
- 2-3 years of outpatient experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of functional exercise techniques and manual therapy skills
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage a diverse caseload efficiently
- Passion for physical therapy and genuine commitment to patient care
- Outgoing and energetic personality with a positive attitude
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and evidence-based practices
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
- Empathetic approach to patient care with strong interpersonal skills
Additional Information :
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $75000 -$90000. Salary is based on various factors including relevant experience knowledge skills other job-related qualifications and geography. Additionally this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Companys incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical dental vision 401(k) paid time off and other benefits are also available subject to the terms of the Companys plan.
