The Senior Consultant Engagement Officeisa key role in the activation of the Digital Technology & Data (DT&D) operating Senior Consultant Engagement Officeserves as thedriving forceand integratorbetween aDT&D leadership teamandthebroaderDT&Dorganization ensuringpriorities are delivered asefficiently and effectively as directly with a member of the DT&D leadership team toestablishand advance consistentand repeatable processes governance and metrics across DT&D activitiesincludingannual planning portfolio investment and prioritizationportfolio healthresourcecapacitymanagement andoperational will play a critical rolein ensuringDT&D leaderscan focus on and deliver againsttheirunique needsand commitments.
Key Accountabilities
- Establish and lead the planning calendar and operational cadence for their DT&D leadership team
- Oversee the portfolio of projects/ product teams ensure DT&D work aligns with strategic objectives and delivers value
- Drive the annual planning process facilitating prioritization investment choices and portfolio sequencing
- Leadbusiness reviewsfortheirDT&D leader includingportfolio health and operational excellence
- Manageefficiency opportunitiesacrosstheapplicationportfolio contractsand 3rdparty spend.
- Partner across departmentstostreamlineadvance and continuously improveways of working
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Strong understanding oftheIT project lifecycle resource management and strategicITplanning
- Ability to navigate and drive results acrossmultiple stakeholder groups
- Experienceinteracting withand influencingsenior ITleaders
- Ability tothrive inambiguity and transformational change
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiencyin portfolio management tools and software
- Experience interactingwithand influencingIT business partners
- Strong financial and process acumen
Short Description
Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
The expected salary for this position is $95000- $150000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location certifications education and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance. At Cargill we put people first. As part of your overall rewards we offer a comprehensive benefit program including medical and/or other benefits dependent on the position offered and hours worked.
