Job Summary

CNC Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

The Machinist is responsible for operating various machines including CNC Swiss and Mills to finish parts or prepare for the next operation. The machinist will work from blueprints part prints drawings and verbal instruction.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints.
Use precision tools and instruments.
Capable of working to tight tolerances.
Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition; follow prescribed safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 1-3 years experience with operating and programming CNC Machines.
Possess strong math skills ability to add subtract multiply and divide numbers including decimals and fractions. Simple reference use of formulas charts shop prints specifications and computer scanning devices.
Ability to communicate effectively with other employees.
Experience with Haas Okuma or Tsugami Swiss machines would be beneficial but not required.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Three shifts: Days Nights and Weekends.
Days and hours of work follows but is not limited to the core corporate hours and or night and weekends.

2ndShift ScheduleMonday Thursday 2:15/3:15pm 12:45/1:45am

Weekend ScheduleFriday Sunday 6am 630 pm
