Customer Support with Danish language

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

Your Role:

As a Client Account Specialist you will be responsible for supporting and developing relationships with existing clients while contributing to business growth and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure a high-quality client experience and support ongoing commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and developing an assigned portfolio of existing clients
• Identifying growth opportunities and contributing to revenue development
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships via phone and virtual meetings
• Supporting sales activities in line with defined performance objectives
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems
• Assisting with quotes orders and general account administration
• Collaborating with internal departments to support customer and partner success

Requirements:

• Fluency in Danish language (must be at least C2)
• Communicative level of English language ( at least B2)
• You live in Lisbon Portugal
• Previous experience in Sales is a plus

What we offer:

• Full time contract
• Base salary without accommodation: 1350/month
• Base salary with accommodation: 1600/month
• Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer
