Customer Support with Dutch language in Lisbon

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

The project:

We are looking for Dutch-speaking individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a customer service role to join our team in Lisbon. You will be supporting a globally recognized company and helping customers by providing friendly and effective assistance.

Your Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone or digital channels identifying and addressing their needs promptly.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences through professional brand-aligned communication.
• Aim for First Contact Resolution by effectively using available tools and information.
• Act as a brand ambassador with strong knowledge of the products services and company values continuously learning and improving.
• Create sales and retention opportunities by engaging customers promoting relevant offers and building lasting relationships.

Requirements:

• Dutch language (C2)
• English language (B2)
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills in a dynamic international environment.
• Positive attitude and motivation to grow within a customer-focused role.
• Good communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

What you will gain:

• Full time contract
• Base salary without accommodation: 1400
• Base salary with accommodation: 1150 (room in shared apartment with bills included paid by the employer during the contract)
• You will also receive payment for completing the training

• Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;
• Refund of the flight expenses after 9 months after the 1st day of hiring;
