Construction & Infrastrcture Senior Associate or Special Counsel
- Supreme Court Litigation and Arbitration in cross-border and domestic matters with quantum up to $300M;

About the role:
- Contentious construction and infrastructure disputes across energy transport utilities and major development projects
- Complex domestic and international construction arbitration (including ICC LCIA and ad hoc proceedings)
- High-value litigation in the High Court and Technology & Construction Court
- Major delay disruption defects and final account disputes
- Security of payment adjudications and enforcement proceedings
- Dispute avoidance and strategic advisory work for developers contractors and funders
- Renewable energy and large-scale infrastructure project disputes
- Other complex multi-party and high-profile construction matters
The ideal candidate:
- A minimum of 7 years PQE in contentious construction law from a well-regarded firm or specialist practice (in-house experience also considered)
- Strong experience in arbitration adjudication and/or High Court construction litigation
- Proven ability to lead complex matters independently and supervise junior lawyers
- Excellent drafting skills and the ability to provide clear commercially focused advice on technically complex issues
- Sound strategic judgement and a pragmatic approach to dispute resolution
- Confident client-facing manner with experience building and maintaining strong professional relationships
- A proactive contributor to business development and the growth of the practice
