Team members work together to coordinate services support continuity of care and ensure that each individual receives timely appropriate support tailored to their unique needs.
Position OverviewThe Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring smooth office operations while providing a welcoming and supportive experience for members initiating services. This position works closely with clinical staff and leadership to support scheduling coordination and daily administrative functions.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office & Member Support
Serve as the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking services
Greet visitors and create a welcoming respectful environment
Answer phones and respond to inquiries professionally and confidentially
Assist with intake processes and routing members to appropriate staff
Scheduling & Coordination
Coordinate calendars for providers and staff
Schedule appointments and manage schedule changes
Confirm appointments and assist with reminders
Administrative & Office Support
Perform general office duties including filing data entry and document management
Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of protected information
Monitor office supplies and assist with ordering
Support compliance and documentation workflows
Team Collaboration
Support a multidisciplinary team including clinicians care coordinators and administrative leadership
Assist with communication between departments
Contribute to a professional team-oriented work environment

QualificationsRequired
Preferred
Experience in healthcare behavioral health or human services settings
