JOB TITLE: Manufacturing: Wire Harness Tech - Entry Level
REPORTS TO: Avionics Supervisor
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Entry Level Wire Harness Technician is responsible for assembling wire harnesses and electrical sub-assemblies for various essential electrical systems on CubCrafters line of back country aircraft utilizing electrical diagrams and schematics and a wide range of hand tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assemble various wire harnesses by: measuring cutting trimming crimping soldering marking and bundling of wires in accordance with schematics and defined process and procedures
Read and interpret manufacturers installation instructions and Cub Crafters mechanical drawings
Read and interpret manufacturers and Cub Crafters wiring diagrams

QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to learn how to read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings
Technical analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
The following are desired:
Experience with soldering of wire and coax cable
Basic understanding of wiring schematics
Experience with various hand tools crimpers wire strippers etc.
Ability to measure accurately in both fractions and decimals
COMPENSATION:
Pay: DOE Range is $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
Sick Leave benefit which is more generous than what is required under WA State Law (RCW 49.46.210)

WORK SCHEDULE & CLASSIFICATION:
Full-time non-exempt (hourly).
Approximately 40 hours per week.
