Position: Backend Developer

Manatal Tech Team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Backend Developer to join our Production Account. As a Backend Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining the backend systems of our software products. This is a full-time permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design develop and maintain backend systems for our software products

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements

- Write clean efficient and well-documented code

- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner

- Optimize backend systems for maximum speed and scalability

- Ensure data security and integrity

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

- Continuously improve and maintain existing codebase

- Work closely with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field

- Proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role

- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java Python or Ruby

- Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL)

- Familiarity with front-end languages (HTML CSS JavaScript)

- Experience with web services (REST SOAP)

- Understanding of software development principles and design patterns

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Good communication and collaboration skills
