DescriptionMAIN OBJECTIVE
To maximize revenue and profitability from key accounts (strategic clients) in the long term.
KEY FUNCTIONS
Develop customized strategies for key clients. Build and maintain high-level trusting relationships.
Negotiate complex commercial agreements.
Analyze account data to identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing product customer service) to address client needs.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Communication and Negotiation: Strong ability to present solutions and negotiate effectively.
Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and plan.
Results-Oriented: Focused on achieving KPIs and sales targets.
Empathy and Relationship Building: Ability to build strong trusting relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Increase overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within your organization
- Develop and maximize Honeywell presence and market share in designated accounts and territory
- Drive continuous improvement and lead changes in a premiere Sales Organization
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- Experience in the field and with a consultative sales model
- Experience selling technology (HW SW)
