Barista

Our client a leading organization in Maltas Hospitality & Leisure sector is seeking a Barista to join their Food & Beverage Team. The group operates renowned hotels international brands and distinguished restaurants offering exceptional dining experiences across Malta.

The Role
As a Barista you will deliver exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food products. You will ensure a clean and organized workspace follow company procedures and maintain a positive professional attitude even during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment.

• Prepare beverages and food according to recipes and presentation standards.

• Follow operational and cash-handling procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness safety and hygiene standards at all times.

• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations.

• Support the team with ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Flexible to work early mornings evenings weekends nights and public holidays.

• Non-EU candidates must hold a valid Skills Pass ().
